We’re looking for a bright HR People Operations to join our team.
We’re looking for a bright and experienced HR People Operation (internally called Majesty of Hearts) to join our Hearts team. The ideal candidate should possess magic powers to ensure a seamless experience for our people. You’ll be responsible for managing people’ data (Benefits, Contracts and so on), as well as, contributing to matters regarding labour relations. This position demands a detail-oriented person passionate about fostering a people-centric environment – you’ll be the “go-to” person for various HR-related matters in the company.
This encompasses managing all associated tasks to support our goals with a specific focus on:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Conduct and oversee onboarding, contract management, payroll data validation, compensation and benefits, holiday entitlements and offboarding, including all legal requirements.
HR Data Analysis: Proactively perform data analysis and identify internal trends to predict challenges and implement solutions that align with the company’s HR strategy. A sharp eye for detail and strong data interpretation skills are essential.
HR Legal: Provide support on the topics of Labor Law/ Company policies.
Point of Contact: Being the point of contact for various HR-related topics in the company, advising and escalating situations to other teams/areas as needed. Build and maintain strong networks across corporate areas to address all employee-related inquiries.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:
- Background in the field of Human Resources / Organizational Psychology / Management.
- At least 3 + years of experience, preferably 5 years.
- Proficient in operational HR topics.
- Previous experience in Compliance/Work Labor Law is a plus.
- Experience working with ERPS like Navision, SAP, Cegid, etc.
- Proven experience working with MS Office suit (medium to advanced level of MS Excel – Mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills.
