We’re looking for bright CI/CD Integration Engineers to join our team

• Automation Mastery: Design and implement comprehensive CI/CD strategies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, enhancing productivity and reducing time-to-market for new features.

• Scripting and Tool Development: Use your expertise in Bash, Python, and other scripting languages to develop custom tools that improve the efficiency and usability of our CI/CD environment.

• Pipeline Configuration and Management: Take charge of configuring, administering, and continuously optimizing build pipelines, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our projects.

• Proactive Monitoring and Problem-Solving: Keep a vigilant eye on the CI/CD pipelines, identifying and swiftly addressing any issues to maintain the integrity and performance of our build processes.

• Continuous Improvement Leader: Champion the ongoing enhancement of our delivery processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in our engineering practices.

This is a Rockstar Developer role, our take on the classic Software Developer.

Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have: 

• Solid Experience in CI/CD: Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD systems, with a minimum of 3 years in a Linux development environment.

• Advanced Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Bash, Python, Git, and the development of custom automation tools.

• Knowledge of Automation and Containerization Tools: Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Zuul, Docker, and similar tools, as well as familiarity with source code revision and monitoring tools like GitHub, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Familiarity with Advanced Deployment Strategies: A deep understanding of deployment patterns, standards, and protocols, and previous experience with build tools is highly valued.

• Operate software post-deployment, including outside working hours if needed (extra compensation applies).

• Travel abroad occasionally to support all phases of product development.

• Have excellent English oral and written skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
