We’re looking for bright SAP Magicians to join our team
Heads up! The contract will be through one of our outsourcing partners, but you'll be working full-time with us as part of our team.
At Critical TechWorks, we are redefining the automotive world with our expertise in SAP solutions. This role is all about of seamless software solutions, transforming complex business processes into user-friendly applications. Focusing on the Supply Chain Area, your daily job will consist of defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of the BMW Aftersales solutions on a global scale. Business Process Reengineering: Redesign existing processes within sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and sales to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP solutions.
Solution Crafting: Develop, migrate, and test SAP functionalities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of global business operations.
Backlog Management: Skillfully manage product backlogs and dependencies, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business objectives.
Integration Mastery: Seamlessly integrate SAP modules, upholding the integrity of system architectures and data flows.
Agile Collaboration: Work in cross-functional Scrum teams, contributing to the agile and iterative development of high-quality SAP applications.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:
Extensive SAP Expertise: Bring 7+ years of experience in SAP technology, with a deep understanding of modules such as SD or MM.
Customer-Facing Acumen: Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and stakeholder communication.
Architectural Insight: Possess knowledge of SAP architecture patterns and integration standards.
Migration Savvy: Have experience with SAP migration strategies and tools, as well as continuous integration practices.
HANA and UI Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, SAP UI5, and SAP Fiori is appreciated but not mandatory.

Embrace agile practices, especially Scrum, leveraging its events to foster a high-performing team.
Be cross-functional, developing new skills to enable a team that owns the entire product lifecycle.
Apply standard engineering practices using tools like version control, IDEs, and dashboards for organized development.
Adopt DevOps best practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for building, testing, and deploying reliable software.
Operate software post-deployment, including outside working hours if needed (extra compensation applies).
Travel abroad occasionally to support all phases of product development.
Have excellent English oral and written skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
