Teamtailor FAQ

You need to go to the Teamtailor website select the option "Login using SSO" and then enter your CTW's email: CTWxxxx@criticaltechworks.com.
If you did all this and continue to have issues, please contact our IT Desk Team via dont.panic@criticaltechworks.com.

- Who would you like to refer? - Indicate the candidate's name;
- Tell us a bit more – Please share what you believe it's important for us to know and indicate the preferred location (Lisbon or Porto);
- Job -Select the job position;
- Email & Phone – Indicate the candidate's contacts;
- CV - Mandatory to submit the candidate's CV. We can't proceed without a CV.

Yes. The person receives an email from us, throughout Teamtailor to agree with our RGPD. The Talent team can only contact the referral when this consent is given.

You can refer the same candidate again but will have to do so by opening a ticket on Purpose Service Desk* since Teamtailor does not allow referring the same person more than once.
*Select the Category: Referral Program and then, select the Sub Category: Refer again same person

You need to submit the person in the job that is more aligned with the person's profile and motivations.
If the Talent Team understands that the referral is more aligned for a different position, the referral still counts for you. -
Probably, your referral has been deleted because the person didn’t accept our RGPD.
Open jobs FAQ

Well, in each open position, we have a description of what we are looking for.
If you have some questions about the profile, you can send a message to one of our Talent colleagues before you submit your referral.

If there is no match between your referral profile and the open vacancies it means that we don’t have open opportunities in the area your referral is working or wants to work. You should wait until a more related vacancy is open and then make the referral.

If we have the position called "Start Protégé" open, yes you can 😁
Please be aware that our internships, curricular or extracurricular, have a duration of 6 months and 40h per week with a scholarship.
Referral process FAQ

The referral is valid for 6 months from the moment that you submit the candidate in the Teamtailor Platform.

After you submit a referral, you can find these steps on your Teamtailor's dashboard which inform you about the status of your referral:
- Inbox - our Talent Team has not yet analyzed the profile.;
- In process - we already checked your referral and he/she could be receiving an email/call to answer some initial questions; or could be doing a challenge or in the interview phase;
- Hired - everything went super well and we will contact you by email to understand what you want to do with your points 🙌
- Rejected - it didn't go well 😢 or the candidate could be in Talent Pool.

The Talent Team always informs the candidates about the result of their recruitment process.
For you, it will show up on your Teamtailor's dashboard but you will find just two options:
- Hired - everything went super well and we will contact you by email to understand what you want to do with your points 🙌
- Rejected - it didn't go well 😢 or the candidate could be in Talent Pool.

Yes, you may view the stage of your referrals on your Teamtailor dashboard. Rejected is one of the stages in the process.
You won't receive an email regarding the reason for the rejection.

If your referral is in Talent Pool, in your Teamtailor's dashboard it will show as Rejected because Teamtailor doesn't have another option. The Talent Team will make sure that your referral knows what is the status of the recruitment process.
Prize FAQ

The prize is a value amount that is received via Coverflex platform and is based on the candidate's proficiency level estimated at the end of the recruitment process.

Nothing 😀
You do not need to take action to claim your prize. The prize value amount will be available on the Coverflex and it will be divided in two equal tranches – half is paid in the 1st working week of the month after the new colleague starts working at CTW and the remaining part will be paid six months later (providing that both, the hired candidate and the referring person, are still working at CTW).

No! During the 2025 phase of this scheme, any values related to the Most Wanted program in your Coverflex account must be used by the end of November. Any remaining values will be addressed accordingly.
If the referred person starts working in December 2025, you will have the prize amount uploaded on your Coverflex account in the 1st working week of January 2026.
