One Role, many techs

As a Rockstar developer, you will build code for the entire universe of the BMW Group. We have an expanding number of Units in several areas: Vehicle Development, Production and Logistics, Cyber Security, Data Intelligence, Connected Car, Autonomous Driving and Financial Services.

It doesn't matter your tech stack or seniority level, just the excellence of our engineering. You'll have as much ownership of the product as everyone in your team. No micro-management, no top-down protocols. You'll work in a flat structure, within a self-directed team, with the support of your entire unit.
