UI Design Guru
Innovating with Design
The Canvas behind Critical TechWorks
At Critical TechWorks, we don't just see you as a designer but as someone with the power to craft extraordinary experiences. We understand that you're not just seeking a job but a place where you can unleash your creativity, take ownership of your designs, and be part of a team that stretches you to be the best you can be.
Your role is more than a job; it's a contribution to a leading narrative in the automotive design sector. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of UI design and eager to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of BMW's digital experience, we invite you to join us. Embrace this career-defining opportunity and help us create digital experiences that resonate globally.
One Role, All the Touchpoints
Unlike most other roles at Critical TechWorks, the UI Design Guru is not bound by our structure. Your stakeholders are not fixed, your product is not dictated by your unit. Instead, you will engage in diverse projects across the BMW ecosystem, lending your expertise and collaboration with developers, Product Visionaries and UX Designers across the breadth of the company.
You will go where innovation needs you to go, and there are no bounds for what you will do. Your touchpoints may end up on mobile apps, car infotainment consoles, or internal applications to assist the group.
Value in Community
We believe this is a very special role. In Portugal, a small team of designers is at the tip of the spear of the conversation that is pushing the automotive industry forward. You will meet other designers, from all over the industry and you will be impacted by them. But also, you will impact them, and together this community will grow and change the future of mobility.
To showcase just how unique this role is, we commissioned a video designed, illustrated, animated and voiced by Portuguese talent. Enjoy!
