The Scrum Knight stands out from conventional Scrum Masters by sharing ownership of the product with the entire team. Your role is neither directive nor managerial but rather supportive and protective of the team and the agile process. In collaboration with the Chief Technical Titan and Head of Interactions, you will tackle impediments, address challenges, and safeguard the team flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
